It's rather disheartening that the stuff in thsi catalogue is so awesome, but what's available now is so... not... These are the sorts of things I hoped they did sell at Disneyland when I went.
Yes; the Moonliner model is the best. I'd also be curious to see how many of the Disneyland charm bracelets are still around.

This is a treasure! And a memory-jogger.
I had one of those 4-color pencils. It was cool, but it was almost impossible to use just one color at a time. I also had one of those keychain flashlights and the animated Mickey button. (In its memory, I've collected all four buttons via eBay.)
So this likely confirms what I have always believed from very hazy memories--that my first trip to the Park was 1959 when I was four years old. Thanks!
I was recently given a box of buttons that used to belong to my great grandmother and inside was a Disneyland Book Bracelet, item JB-61, from page 5. Any idea where and how I can find out what it's worth?

I just found a little hand tooled Disneyland leather belt at a thrift store, and it appears similar to one for sale on your brochure in Frontierland. I think I actually paid less than the list price of one dollar. It's a sweet little thing, for a child, but it's made really well.
It's hand tooled, and the characters - mickey, donald, pinocchio and tramp - i doubt it would pass muster today, as the characters are a little off because it's hand done. I originally thought it might be from the Tandy Leather Museum, but who knows.
Great site, great trip down memory lane. As an aside, my parents went to Disneyland with my sister in the mid fifties when it was pretty new - my dad took movies. The place actually looked more like a park than an amusement park.
I have that as well, trying to find its worth, but at least I know what era its from. Good luck!
