A GREAT Animated Film

Nothing to do with Disneyland...again.

I want to highly, highly recommend this film, SITA SINGS THE BLUES. The backstory behind it is incredible, and you can watch the whole thing, legally, on HD YouTube. Do yourself a favor...find 72 minutes and enjoy.

p.s. Why isn't the whole damn YouTube window appearing in the blog? Anyway, don't watch it here. Follow the link to YouTube.

Fantastic film and a great story. The parallel story structure gives the film a nice flow. If at all possible go see it on the big screen.

I hear all kinds of good things about "Sita", and even downloaded a nice-quality version of it (which you can do legally!). I sort of clicked through it on my computer to get a feel for it, and thought, "Hmm, maybe it's not so hot", but now that you've given it the "Thumbs up", I'll watch it all the way through!

I saw this at the Dolores Park premiere in San Francisco! It was just a night out with some friends; a free movie in the park. We had no idea what we were in for. We thought we were just going to go sit on a blanket and drink some beers and not really pay attention to the film, but instead we all LOVED it! I really hope Sita can find its way into theaters soon!
Oh by the way I'm a kinda-sorta regular reader of your blog. Hi :)
